Description
The Product Management Intern located at our Global Headquarters in Michigan City, IN reports to our Product Management Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform market research on assigned resale product candidates consistent with established resale product objectives. Obtain necessary specific product information and conduct a detailed evaluation/analysis of the resale candidate product(s) compared to competitive offerings.
- Obtain and conduct analysis of competitor products, prices, social media activity and digital assets for new and existing products.
- Prepare and maintain competitor spreadsheets for existing and potential products.
- Prepare sales literature for new or modified products according to company guidelines.
- Contact potential vendors/customers.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.
- Assist with other various projects assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering
- Previous internship experiences a plus.
- Ability to deal effectively and courteously with vendors and internal departments.
