Online Art Teacher (Part-Time)

Position Overview

Dwight Global Online School, which was recently named the #2 best online high school in the United States by Newsweek magazine, is seeking an experienced and innovative Middle School Art Teacher to design and teach virtual classes. The ideal candidate is a flexible and innovative team player with a gift for igniting the spark of genius in online students around the world. Though this position is remote, and the teacher may be located anywhere, the teacher should be available to teach synchronous classes during morning and afternoon Eastern Time. The classes will start in August 2024, but summer preparation is required starting in June 2024. 

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Art, Education, or a related field
• Graduate degree in Art, Education, or a related field preferred
• At least three years of experience teaching
• Experience working, teaching, and/or collaborating online preferred
