The Dwight School Athletic Center, located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, is seeking a full-time Facilities Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Athletic Center. 

Facilities Coordinator - DSAC (Dwight School Athletic Center)

Days: Monday - Friday; some weekend events may be required.

Hours: Full-Time
Exact hours to be determined based on the needs of the facility
Compensation commensurate with experience: $50,000-$70,000/year

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling and oversight of front desk staff
• Continue to build relationships and partnerships with local community
• Manage and build up book of rental clients to utilize the center when not being used by Dwight students/employees
• Partner with Aquatic Director to provide additional support to Aquatics program, staff and rentals
• Maintain supply inventory and report required items to Director of Operations
• Ensure storage areas are documented and kept clean and accessible
• Ability to delegate tasks and manage a team effectively
• Coordinate with the Events Team, Athletics Team, After School Team, Summer Camp Team, and PHE Team for scheduling and execution of events, exams, athletics, etc. 
• Diagnose situations and utilize problem solving skills to create an action plan
• Maintain orderly, clean, and safe facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with the Director of Operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work with all members of internal staff from the Executive Leadership Team, Maintenance Team, Bus Drivers, etc., as well as local community and building partners. 
• Strong Time Management skills: Organizes work, sets priorities, and determines resource requirements to effectively manage time and achieve goals.
• Professionalism & Personal Boundaries: Conducts oneself within appropriate and expected professional boundaries and policies.
• Attention to Detail: Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.
