Job Description
We are looking for a Dynamic, full-time, Affordable Property Manager position at a Residential Property Management Company in the Grand Rapids area. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent communication and leadership skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!
The portfolio includes approximately 15 properties. An AFFORDABLE mix market and LIHTC.
If you have experience with AFFORDABLE properties and want to make a change, this could be the position for you.
Qualifications/Requirements for this position include:
- 3 years experience in the property management industry - Affordable/Tax Credit properties
- Training, Leadership
- Self-starter / Autonomy
- Leasing / MI MO
- Day-to-day operations of the property
- Strong Decision Making
- Resident Retention
- Inspections / Annual certifications
- Assist with marketing the property
