Job Description: As the Property Manager at HōM Flats, you will play a pivotal role in the institutional management and professional upkeep of our residential communities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all operational facets of property management, ensuring optimal functionality and profitability.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Management: Oversee day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services, aligning actions with broader company objectives.
2. Leasing Oversight: Manage the leasing process comprehensively, from strategic marketing initiatives to applicant screening, lease negotiations, and overseeing seamless move-in/move-out procedures.
3. Policy Enforcement: Implement and uphold property policies and procedures to sustain a secure, visually appealing, and compliant environment, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and company protocols.
4. Resident Relations: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with residents, promptly addressing concerns and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
5. Maintenance Supervision: Coordinate and oversee maintenance staff, ensuring the timely execution of work orders and diligent property upkeep to maintain optimal living conditions for residents.
6. Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance and budgetary compliance, overseeing rent collection, expense control measures, and generating comprehensive reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in property management or related field, demonstrating a track record of successful operational management and financial oversight.
2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
3. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with residents, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
