The Position
The Lead Weld Technician is responsible for leading the facility weld lab. Will be responsible for testing and assisting in improvement of welding filler metals.

Job Requirements
Education / Experience : Associates degree from an accredited Welding Technology Program, Certificate from a Welding Trade School, or equivalent.
Must have GMAW experience with minimum of two years industry experience.
Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles;
toxic or caustic chemicals; outdoor weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
