As the Preschool Director, you will oversee the daily operations and administration of the preschool, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality care and education. You will work closely with our tenured team of educators, fostering a positive and supportive working ecosystem where everyone can thrive.

Compensation:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the daily operation of the preschool, working collaboratively with the principal and staff.- Develop policies and curricula that meet state requirements and align with our vision.- Maintain the facility to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for children.- Manage financial transactions, prepare budgets, and oversee fundraising events.- Coordinate staff training, including CPR and First Aid certification.- Oversee meal planning and preparation for the children.

Requirements:

- Degree in early childhood development or a related field.- Child Care Administrator License if applicable.- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preschool Director and classroom experience.- Strong leadership and administrative skills.- Passion for teaching and a love for children.
