Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 35 - 40 per week

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a positive and engaging learning atmosphere for children
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
• Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through interactive play and educational tasks
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily experiences
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a cohesive learning environment
• Implement effective behavior management strategies as needed
• Uphold the cleanliness and organization of both the classroom and daycare facility

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, or childcare is preferred
• Sound understanding of childhood development principles and practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage a classroom effectively
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine affection for working with children
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
