Position: ERP Finance Project Coordinator

Job Description:

project coordinator to assist with a variety of tasks within the agency related to the State’s multi-year Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project, supporting the designated Project Manager. The official title of Project Coordinator does not encompass all areas of which the role will perform. The role will also conduct some functions included in a Business Analyst and Project Manager role; however, they will not function entirely in either of those roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scheduling meetings, document minutes, timely and efficiently, with little supervision.
• Research and analysis in coordination with Business and Technical Leads.
• Support designated Project Manager, escalating conflicts of priority and seeking clarification for assigned tasks.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Lead other project coordination efforts within IT and the Agency as requested.

REQUIREMENTS

• Intermediate to Expert knowledge of Microsoft products to include:
• Outlook
• Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• Teams
• SharePoint

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on a variety of tasks with competing priorities.
• Communicate and collaborate with Agency functional and technology leads.
• Scheduling and managing hundreds of meetings with required stakeholders.
• Capacity to work within a complex and highly visible project.
• Exceptional decision-making skills.
• Ability and willingness to be onsite in Rhode Island in a hybrid (3 onsite/2 remote) schedule. This is not a remote position.

PREFERRED

• Confluence experience
• Microsoft Project experience
• Previous experience working in the capacity of a Business Analyst or Project Manager

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
