As a Technical Architect, your primary role is to design and oversee the implementation of complex technical solutions that align with the organization's business objectives and technological requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and developers, to understand their needs, assess existing systems, and develop architectural designs that address current challenges and future scalability. Your responsibilities encompass defining technical standards, selecting appropriate technologies, and providing guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions and architectural designs.
Develop end-to-end architectural designs that address functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
Define architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices that guide the development and implementation of technical solutions.
Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms to determine their suitability for meeting business needs and addressing technical challenges.
Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) projects and technical evaluations to assess the capabilities, performance, and compatibility of new technologies.
Make recommendations for technology selection, standardization, and adoption based on business requirements, industry trends, and organizational objectives.
Technical Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, architects, and engineers throughout the solution lifecycle.
Mentor and coach team members on architectural principles, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams to promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Architecture Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across projects and systems.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments to validate adherence to architectural principles and standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks, such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
Performance Optimization and Scalability: Analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to improve system responsiveness and scalability.
Design and implement scalable architectures, distributed systems, and microservices-based solutions to support growth and accommodate increasing workloads.
Implement caching mechanisms, load balancing techniques, and horizontal scaling strategies to optimize resource utilization and enhance system performance.
