Dutchie, a frontrunner in the cannabis industry, is seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to lead our Inventory, Cultivation and Manufacturing Team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software. You'll collaborate closely with our Product and Design teams to translate strategic vision into technical reality, building best-in-class point-of-sale (POS) and back-office solutions for our cannabis clients. As a leader, you'll be responsible for fostering a thriving engineering team environment. This includes establishing healthy development practices, effectively managing projects, and empowering team members to grow and develop their technical expertise.

We are targeting a starting salary of $165,000 based on the intended level for this role. There may be flexibility on individual compensation packages based candidate skill set, experience, qualifications and other position-related factors.
