Responsibilities:
- Perform appliance repairs and maintenance, including diagnosing issues, repairing or replacing parts, and testing functionality
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repairs
- Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and repair appliances
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve issues with various types of appliances
- Service technician duties, including responding to service calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance as necessary
-Must Have EPA Certification
-MUST have valid Driver's License & Clean MVR
Experience:
- Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with / knowledge of refrigeration systems and their components
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
