If you are looking for a salaried only position, this job may not be for you. Commission is uncapped and you can make as much as you can handle. Unmotivated individuals need not apply. Hybrid remote, beginning will require in office training and that may allow for work from home/field privileges as confidence and credibility is earned.

ResponsibilitiesSales calls to fresh leads and within our book of business.
Selling Auto, Home, Life and other insurance and annuity products to individuals within an assigned territory using consultative sales techniques
Identifying prospective customers using established lead methodologies for new business
Counseling and advising prospects and policyholders on matters of insurance coverage that is tailored to their specific situational need
Developing and maintaining business relationships
Making presentations to decision-makers of corporations to establish or maintain an Affinity relationship
Participating in various incentive programs and contests designed to drive sales and exceed production goals
Exceeding sales goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within company guidelines
Sell/Cross Sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, Recreational, and other Specialty insurance products.
Networking within the community.
RequirementsMust have a Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License
Must be able to pass background screening
Must possess a positive attitude
Texas Life and Health license is a plus
