- Greeting guests promptly
- Obtaining guest and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the guest
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating guests frequently
- Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explaining all completed work and charges to guests
- Minimum 1-year experience in a service advisory or other customer service centric role
- Preferred automotive literacy
- Positive attitude
- High volume mentality
- CSI focused
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
