DuPont has an opportunity for an experienced Production Operator at our Hayward, California location.

You’ll be responsible for safe execution of tasks and compliance with standardized procedures; reading, recording, and responding to process data to ensure safety and quality of operation.

You’ll also samples raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products and submit samples for analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION

Your key responsibilities will be / what you’ll do :

• Works efficiently at assigned tasks manages time and responsibilities in a way to maximize the safe and quality production of materials
• Contributes meaningfully to the completion of the schedule
• Executes on 5S program in areas of responsibility
• Interfaces with site Maintenance, Manufacturing Technical Engineers etc. Test Authorizations, Maintenance Activity, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office) required, SAP / OPD is a plus.

In addition, successful candidate must meet the following physical qualifications, with or without accommodation :

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and
• Perform the following for extended periods of time : Standing or sittingClimbing / squatting / walkingRepetitive motions and lifting
