Job Overview:
We are seeking a cheerful, enthusiastic, patient-centric patient care coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing front office operations and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Duties:
- scheduling

-Insurance verifications and claims processing
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for patients

-Treatment plan coordination
- Handle patient inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- audit visits and procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions

-Over the counter collections

-Administrative tasks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental office ( preference will be given to candidates with back office experience)
- Strong communication ( verbal and written)

-Strong core values and empathy for people's needs

-Friendly and approachable attitude and a genuine interest in the patient's well being
- Multi-lingual proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Detail-oriented with strong task organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour
