Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and customer service areas
- Follow food safety standards to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer satisfaction
- Assist in food preparation, including assembling food items and packaging orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating change
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Culinary or kitchen experience is beneficial but not required
- Sales or upselling experience is an advantage

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Shift availability:
