Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Morning Shift Leader to join our team. The Morning Shift Leader will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during the morning hours. They will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the morning shift team by example, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
• Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages to meet customer demands efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, striving to resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively motivate and engage team members.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for guests.
• Knowledge of basic computer systems and proficiency in using POS systems is an advantage.
