JOB DESCRIPTION
The Field Training Manager is responsible for the oversight of full cycle training and following-up on completion of manager and hourly training programs.This position is also responsible for training all Dunkin’ Donuts and/or Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins operational standards through support and direction of store leadership. As well as development and facilitation of restaurants systems and tools, new product roll-outs, food safety and any programs specific to the Franchisee network.
