Field Training Manager

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Field Training Manager is responsible for the oversight of full cycle training and following-up on completion of manager and hourly training programs.This position is also responsible for training all Dunkin’ Donuts and/or Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins operational standards through support and direction of store leadership. As well as development and facilitation of restaurants systems and tools, new product roll-outs, food safety and any programs specific to the Franchisee network.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all standards and systems are effectively trained and implemented in all areas of the store operations.
  • Coach, teach, and train all managers,and team members on all training programs.
  • Provide continued support for the stores in creating operational consistency.
  • Collaborates with the Directors of Operations and Multi Unit Leaders to analyze operational and developmental opportunities and works with leaders to find strategic solutions that support the field leadership teams and hourly team members.
  • Establishes a roster of in-store trainers and training programs to be utilized by each store.
  • Develop a path to promotion training checklist
  • Conducts in-store visit to ensure smooth operations and building standards.
  • Ensures all field training-related expenses and invoices are accurate, accounted for, and under established budgets.

Essential skills and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent in education and experience
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Project team leadership
  • Excellent facilitation skills: controls and commands a room, is highly interactive, and drives knowledge retention
  • Excellent computer proficiency use/knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organized and skilled in prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills required
