Dunkin at Staunton-Waynesboro-Lexington is seeking humble, honest and hardworking Assistant Managers who will be able to manage the high volume Dunkin operation under the centralized management team with the support of HR management.

Requirement

• Training & nurturing the efficient team
• Clear management concepts about food cost, payroll, inventory, profit and loss
• Daily operation management by guiding the shift leaders
• Waste elimination by implementing FIFO method
• Managing emergency callouts by finding covers
• Inventory management by maintaining food cost
• Keep the store neat and clean by following up on routine chores
• Compliance with brand, city, state & federal regulations
