As a Dunkin Team Member for our early morning shifts, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers start their day off right. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a positive attitude. Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve our signature coffee, espresso beverages, and baked goods with precision and efficiency.
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide exceptional service while taking and fulfilling orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, following Dunkin's cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards to ensure the highest level of product freshness and integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work mornings, starting as early as 4:00 am.
- Prior experience in the foodservice industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
