Assistant Directors play an integral role in leading our centers to success. As an Assistant Director, you will educate parents, teachers, and leaders on the value of early childhood education and make that value come to life for the children in your center.
Duties:
- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
Experience:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Ability to educate and engage children in learning activities
- Familiarity with education administration practices
