Our store in **Salisbury** are looking for a minimum **35 hour** a week **Coffee Shop Team Leader**. This is an hourly paid role at **10.11 - 10.53**

Youll motivate your team and prioritise selling, customer service and cost control, ensuring health and safety, security and shrinkage is at the forefront of your mind.

Youll contribute to recruitment, training and be a valued member of the managerial team. You will be trusted with whole store responsibilities, such as key holding, rotas, cash handling and hosting whole store team briefs.

Youll ideally have experience of leading a team in a high volume, fast paced retail environment and its essential you have experienced a role within an establishment serving food and refreshments.

Youll be a flexible individual able to work across the **weekends and evenings**.

Your respectful and empathetic nature will ensure that the care of your team is of high priority to you and working closely with other **Team Leaders** throughout the store, as well as the Deputy Store Manager and Store Manager, meaning youll be an effective communicator, committed to success throughout both your department and the entirety of **Dunelm**.
