Candidate must exhibit an excellent work ethic, take the initiative to self-manage your work, be able to work independently in a busy team environment, and be able to multitask and adapt to change.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Conducts a history of the patient’s condition based on interview and performs relevant aspects of a physical assessment, and documents in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Maintains cleanliness and general appearance of exam rooms and ensures that required supplies are in examining rooms when needed by physician. Helps maintain clinical equipment. Maintains clinical equipment.
• Set up treatment rooms as needed for visits; ensure rooms, supply closets and lab areas are clean, stocked and organized; maintain the lab and triage patient phone calls and visit needs.
• Perform preliminary report patient history summary.
• Able to start an IV ( preferred but not required)
• Able to give injections as requested.
• Recovery Room Experience (preferred not required)
• Answer phones, make new and follow up appointments for patients.
