**Purpose of Position:**

The Inbound/Retail Supervisor position is responsible for providing leadership within the Salt Lake Inbound and Retail operations. This position supports the Director of Operations in creating the vision and implementing strategy within the Salt Lake City DC and the omnichannel network.

**What Youll Do:**

* Direct areas of responsibility for this role include but are not limited to: Receiving, Retail Prep, and Outbound Transfers.

* This role is responsible for serving as an ambassador of the Duluth Culture. This includes leveraging the 10 Welds as a guide to drive results, employee engagement, and team/self-development.

* Hires and develops a talented staff to support and execute the company strategy by setting clear direction, stretch goals, distributing work appropriately, planning activities, driving for results, following up, and rewarding high-performing individuals.

* Assist company leadership in setting the strategy and direction for the omnichannel logistics network in Salt Lake City. This is based on future business development opportunities, external factors, emerging technology, and customer needs.

* Partners with the Director of Operations to set seasonal staffing and production needs for operations

* Reports and presents financial updates, projects, and goals to Director of Operations and the Sr. Director of Logistics

* Responsible and accountable for departmental budgets, department CPU (cost per unit), personal productivity measures, and achieving service level agreements to our customers and business partners.

* Writes and presents annual performance evaluations in a timely, professional manner

**What Were Looking For:**

* 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, omnichannel logistics environment

* Experience in receiving processes preferred

* Strong logical and analytical skills

* Strong problem-solving skills

* Team player

* Proven success in a detail-oriented position with a high level of accuracy

* Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

* WMS experience

* Comfort learning new systems/tools

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with rapidly changing priorities

* Ability to identify process shortfalls and submit workable changes
