The Duluth Tap Exchange and The Tap on Tower are hiring for Tap Team Members at both of our locations!

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender/team member to provide an excellent guest experience. Looking for a team-player who is able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment. Looking for someone with availability to work weekends and holidays. Reliable and hardworking a must!

There are times that the taproom can be slower - we need someone who will take advantage of this and utilize working hours by keeping the bar clean, prepped and ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for taproom patrons
• Interact with customers, check customers in and out on POS system
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to our recipes or classic recipes
• Cleaning the Bar
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a bartender is a PLUS but not NEEDED. No Experience Required.
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks is a PLUS
• Fast-Paced Multi-Tasker
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

• Friday 1-5pm, 5-11pm
• Saturday 10am- 5pm, 5-11pm
• Sunday 10am - 3pm, 3-8pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.86 - $11.00 per hour
