```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks and repairs around our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. This is a full-time position.

```Responsibilities:```
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with contractors and other professionals on larger projects
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.97 - $25.26 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
