Occupational Summary:
As Associate Director, Partnerships and Cause Marketing, this position manages highly visible fundraising programs for Duke Children’s. Through effective strategic planning with the team, this position will be responsible for the successful solicitation, growth, and stewardship of major partnerships within the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals program. This position also works with local businesses and organizations to grow local fundraising support for Duke Children’s
This position reports to the Director, Partnerships and Cause Marketing. The position will work collaboratively with colleagues in Duke Children’s Development (DCHD), throughout Duke Health and Duke University, with CMN Hospitals’ national office staff, and colleagues at other member hospitals across the U.S. to maximize fundraising support for Duke Children’s.

Work requires three years progressive fundraising/customer service/marketing or sales and promotions experience in a team environment.
