JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Patient Attendant Safety Aide to help provide a safe environment for our patients and staff. This position will coordinate all shipping and receiving for the multi-clinic Arringdon building. They will manage deliveries to ensure prompt delivery of all materials to their final destination (incoming and outgoing). This role may expand to include assisting patients in locating their clinic within Arringdon and assist with wheelchair transport for those that need ambulatory assistance. The position ensures common areas in the building are stocked with appropriate materials for patients and staff.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate all shipping and receiving for the multi-clinic Arringdon building.
• Work closely with clinic leadership to define shipping/receiving workflows specific to each area.
• Ensure a clean and tidy shipping/receiving area to comply with regulatory agency requirements, as appropriate.
• Maintain logs and accountability for all packages as determined by leadership.
• Stock common areas with relevant materials (masks and hand sanitizer).
• Assist with patient navigation within the Arringdon building.

JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Position requires a high school diploma or high school equivalent.

• Work generally requires six months of experience in the hospital setting.

• OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

JOB HOURS

The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
