Duke Sandwich Company is looking for a dependable Dining Room/To-Go Customer Service Associate! This is a part-time position, Mon-Sat 10:30am - 2:30pm.

· Morning responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

o Sweep parking lot.

o Clean glass doors.

o Stock napkins, salt, and pepper shakers.

o Change out clean Texas Pete bottles.

o Stock soup cups, forks, spoons, condiments.

o Check bathrooms for cleanliness & stock any necessary items.

· Read tickets to confirm the customer’s order.

· Stock napkins and bags to prep for lunch.

· Bag to-go orders and call out to customers.

· Deliver food to dine-in guests.

· Maintain consistently clean dining room to include tables, chairs, floors, bar area.

· Maintain consistently clean bathrooms to include toilet, sink, floors, trash.

· Collect, sanitize, and re-line trays.

· Thoroughly mop floors every other day.

· Closing responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

o Clean glass doors.

o Change out clean Texas Pete bottles.

o Stock soup cups, forks, spoons, condiments.

o Check bathrooms for cleanliness, stock any necessary items, replace can liner.

· Cross-trained on POS once dining room responsibilities are perfected.

· Must be on time and work entire shift. No Saturdays off with part-time position!
