Duit Holdings Inc. is Hiring an Equipment Operator Near Walters, OK

An Equipment Operator will operate various heavy machinery for construction projects.
Responsibilities
  • Operates construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment, including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or grade tractors.
  • Prepares construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation.
  • Uses excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches.
  • Transports tools and other construction equipment to and from construction sites.
  • Uses equipment to prepare job site.
  • Operates machinery used to build roads and bridges.
  • Perform daily inspection of equipment.
  • Performs routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Work harmoniously, cooperatively, and courteously with others at all times.
  • Follow directions and instructions from supervisors.
  • Perform various tasks and duties that may often change as the work conditions require.
  • Work within defined standards of accuracy.
  • Work in various weather conditions, including temperatures over 85 and below 40 degrees.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills Or Abilities
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean MVR
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime, as requested.
Education And Experience
  • On-the-job training offered.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects.
  • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to perform frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Must be able to see and hear well (naturally or with correction.)
