Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for a large variety of positions within the construction industry, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and workforce needs.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify top-teir candidates.
• Forst a positive and engaging candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, providing feedback and offering a seamless interview process.
• Conduct candidate phone screens and coordination of interviews for qualified candidates who are aligned with company values, culture and unique job requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community resources, vendors and marketing teams to enhance the employment brand and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Work closely with hiring mangers to understand staffing needs, provide guidance on market conditions and contribute to the development of effective recruitment plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

What we look for:

• 6-8 years of recruiting experience for a variety of different positions.
• Proven experience working with hiring teams and company leadership to foster relationships.
• Understand of recruiting sourcing tools, Indeed and LinkedIn
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Proficient using Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting tools.
