Job Summary:

The Parts Runner/Shop Coordinator is a critical role to ensure the smooth operations of our Roanoke shop and supporting our job/plant sites. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career with Duininck and grow with the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between vendors and Duininck work locations (job sites, plants, etc.) via collecting and delivering pertinent parts and supplies.
• Checking in parts and materials and documenting in B2W Maintain.
• Assisting in kitting and staging of parts for planned work orders.
• Being on call for parts support and parts delivery after hours and as needed.
• Load/unload materials on a regular basis, organize and place in proper allotted area.
• Load/unload equipment from respective trailers via forklift/crane.
• Partake in inventory tasks such as cycle counts, audits, etc.
• Perform yard work as needed including but not limited to – washing trucks/equipment, mowing, cleaning, etc.

Requirements:

• Class B CDL, clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel within the Central Region States primarily Texas and Oklahoma.
• Preferred prior knowledge of parts for equipment/understanding of parts number sequences.
• Experience pulling gooseneck and bumper pull trailers required.
• Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
• Self-starter, reliable and trustworthy team member.
• Ability to learn quickly, approach daily work with a continuous learning mindset.
• Ability to work within MS Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, Word, Power point, etc.
• Ability to multi-task and take direction well.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to gain access to military bases is required.
• Ability to lift 65 pounds on a regular basis.
