Jumpstart your career as a Ready-Mix Driver with Duininck Concrete. Our drivers are critical team members who are home every night after the concrete is delivered to construction sites. Responsible for:

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
• Follow DOT requirements.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Follow instructions regarding the type and quantity of concrete to be delivered.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any delivery updates or issues.
• Provide customer service by interacting professionally at construction sites.
• Ensure the proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damage.
• Maintain clean interior and exterior truck.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• Willingness to learn.
• Time management and organized
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Class A or B commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Previous Ready Mix Experience
• Ability to operate and maintain a ready-mix concrete truck.
• Communication skills.
• Comfortable with learning or using GPS.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and stairs.
• Work in various weather conditions.
