Dufour Cocktails & Provisions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team! As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and maintaining stock levels
- Create and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar area
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to coordinate food and beverage service for special events or catering functions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, mixology, and beverage trends
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with point-of-sale Toast, (POS) system
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
