Duffy Homes is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near Branson, MO

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project coordination and possess excellent time management skills.

Duties:

- Coordinate project activities and ensure all aspects of the project are on track
- Assist in construction estimating and project scheduling
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and Civil 3D drawings
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure project milestones are met
- Manage communication between stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors

- Site visits (must have reliable vehicle)

- Phone calls, texts and emails

Skills:

- Multi tasking

- Highly organized, file management
- Proficient in Excel and Google sheets
- Self starter
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
