Day Shift
Monday-Friday 6:00a - 2:30p

Night Shift
Monday-Friday 2:30p - 11:00p

The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The right person for this position will have at least 2 years of professional embroidery experience in the apparel industry. This person will have an eye for detail and value contributing to a culture of accuracy.

Tasks Include:

• Embroidery, hooping, thread changes, and running the machine
• Track and prepare supplies for upcoming orders
• Time and track all tasks
• Read and understand work orders
• Continue to research sewing and embroidery to improve our quality, efficiencies, skill, and overall knowledge
• Identify incoming boxes for order to be printed
• Receive, open, count, sort, stack, check in all incoming garments
• Package finished printed garments in preparation for shipping

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2 years of professional embroidery experience is mandatory
• 6 months of embroidery operator experience is mandatory
• Must be in San Diego area or have plans to relocate to San Diego immediately
• Reliable form of transportation
• Lift and/or move up to 70lbs at times
• Regularly stand for long periods of time while reaching with hands and arms
• Specific vision abilities include sharp vision, focus, depth perception, and the ability to identify colors
• Ability to read, write and comprehend complex written or oral instructions, short correspondence, and memos in - English
