Dudley and Smith, P.A. is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated paralegal to join our well established firm and contribute to our mission of providing the best possible legal services to our clients.

As a paralegal at our firm, you will work closely with our attorneys in a variety of law, including real estate, litigation, commercial and criminal law. The ideal paralegal will have experience with client contact, drafting legal documents, and managing course paperwork. Excellent research and writing skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in legal terminology, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines are a must.

Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of work experience preferred. Must have a paralegal or legal assistance certificate or certification. Available Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 9am-5pm, 8 hours/day for 24 hours/week.

Civil work will include real estate, contracts, and some litigation.

The ideal paralegal will work closely with 5 other paralegals and 7 attorneys, will have much client contact, have excellent writing and document production skills, and a common sense approach to clients.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
