DUCTZ is looking for qualified candidates for a national project support position. DUCTZ team members are a unique breed, committed to restoring not only HVAC systems, but restoring lives for those affected by disasters, large or small. The team is responsible for reporting to large scale disasters across the country and supporting our sister BELFOR offices on large projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate restoration tasks related to each project with a senior project manager including equipment, fleet, and personnel.
• Be onsite to ensure projects run efficiently.
• Document projects before, during, and after the job.
• Assist with all logistics for equipment and vehicles.
• Responsible for inventory of all trailers and vehicles
• Performing HVAC duties as needed to include restoration and assessments.
• Loading and unloading materials.
• Must ensure that safety protocols are performed for each project.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on project guidelines.
• The position is a remote position, candidates may be from any state in the US

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's license required.
• Can pass a federal background check.
• Ability to travel 60% or greater and on demand.
• 2-3 years of HVAC in field experience.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• EPA, OSHA, IICRC NADCA and other industry certifications are a plus.
• Computer proficiency required.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs. unassisted
• Access and mobility in tight spaces.
• Sustained periods of standing, sitting, bending, kneeling and walking
