We offer this vital role $50,000-$100,000/yea, with a draw against commission pay structure. We provide you with the flexibility to earn performance commissions through both sales and installation, or you can choose to focus solely on sales commissions. As an HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Representative, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. You make sound recommendations as if it was your own home. Each time you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed high school education or equivalent
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Can pass a background check
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required
