Ducklings ELC Great Valley is part of a small franchise (11 locations) focused in Chester County that was founded and run primarily by teachers. We are creative, supportive, fun and our goal is to provide high quality childcare in a loving, safe, healthy environment.

Our part time assistants work either 12-6pm, 1-6pm, or 4-6pm. You will be supported by the lead teacher and admin team, trained on site, and you will have the most fun EVER at a job working with our Ducks!

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe and stimulating environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outdoor play
- Helping with diapers and potty training when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space and make sure the children go home clean and happy
- Follow established routines and schedules
- Monitor children's behavior and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's day

Requirements:
- Previous experience in babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Must be 18 years or 17 years old if you are actively enrolled in your High School's Early Childhood Program
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Willingness to be flexible and work with different age groups
- Ability to arrive to work on time and as expected
