Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE lead generation systems consistently every week
• Provide consultation to buyers and sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties
• Demonstrate proficiency in pricing strategies, staging techniques, and other listing-related services
• Convert prospecting efforts into appointments
• Handle negotiations for both buyers and sellers
• Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor tasks and progress
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, attend weekly trainings, and participate in Partner Calls

• 3 years' experience in real estate sales
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
