Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Host/Busser. As a Host/Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by assisting with various tasks and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

- Clearing and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area

- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to customers

- Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments as needed

- Removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables

- Assisting in cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces

- Assisting guests with any inquiries or requests they may have

- Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:

- Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays when necessary
