Dublin Christian Academy is seeking a nurturing individual who loves teaching and desires to see children learn and succeed. The teacher’s desire should be to help reach the heart of the students in addition to teaching academic knowledge.

• Candidate must be imaginative, creative, energetic, and demonstrate genuine Christian character.
• Candidate must be a committed Christian with a strong connection to a doctrinally conservative, evangelical church.
• Required: Bachelors degree in math, education, or related field
• Able to teach math at the middle school or high school level
• An ideal candidate must be able to obtain AACS certification.
• Needs to be a team player and be willing to assist co-workers when needed.
• Must be able to follow the established curriculum and a daily schedule while being flexible enough to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Curriculum: currently using BJU Press
• Must be organized and be able to prioritize and adapt to variable circumstances.
• Communicate with parents through meetings, phone calls, and the weekly progress folders

Includes using the following technology:

• Use G Suite for Education tools
• Utilize Sycamore School to record grades for students
• Use Planbook.com to create and submit weekly lesson plans

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
