Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Market and sell various insurance products to individuals and businesses
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products
- Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance policies based on individual requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
- Process policy renewals, amendments, and claims efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail sales or benefits administration
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques
- Ability to conduct outside sales visits to potential clients
- Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
