Location:

Sioux Falls, SD

Assignments:

2 Nurses for 12 hour nights- 8-13 week contract.

1 Nurse for 12 hour day- start asap- 4 weeks.

1 Nurse for pms and nights start asap-4 weeks.

1 Nurse for 12 hour days start 4/12- 4 weeks. 

1 Nurse for 12 hour nights start 4/14- 4 weeks.

Who is Qualified:

LPN or RN in good standing with their license.

2 years of nursing experience required. Long term care or assisted living experience also helpful.

Candidates will be required to successfully complete a criminal background check and valid references.

Tasks to Be Preformed:

• Maintain, train, lead, and motivate team members.
• Deliver top quality care to residents.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, write service plans, accurately document, and relay all pertinent medical information according to applicable rules and regulations.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and delivery of required services and timely communication with residents’ families.
