We're a family owned business that is expanding our equipment manufacturing business.

We're looking for an experienced powder coat painter.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating
- Powder coat and run powder coat oven
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on surfaces
- Clean and maintain equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols and use protective gear when working with paints and chemicals
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a powder coater /painter or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to operate machinery such as airless paint sprayers, powder coat sprayer and oven
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
