• Valid driver's license

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care that respects the rights, dignity, and individuality of each person.
• Assist with personal care needs.
• Monitor and document health and behavioral changes.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position when performing the following: standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling and climbing, ability to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds as needed.
• Ensure safe transportation as needed.

Schedule:

• Variety of shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
