Sales Planning Coordinator, Order Management

Location: Cromwell, CT – Hybrid

What You’ll Do

Processing all Customer purchase orders (POs) is a vital role in our company’s operations. This position is responsible for reviewing POs for accuracy, resolving any issues, managing POs in the SAP ERP system and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our retail partners. This is crucial for maintaining our company’s reputation and building strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key responsibilities

Process EDI and email Customer POs
Resolve PO issues, such as item code, pricing, out of stock, case packs, etc.
Communicate with customers and receive alignment on PO issue resolution
Meet monthly targets for PO delivery
Maintain high customer report card ratings for on-time and in-full delivery
Maintain Customer Material Info Record cross references in ERP system

You bring

A Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable, with an Associate’s Degree as the minimum requirement
Proven experience working in a business environment, with a track record of success in an office setting
Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience is an advantage
Familiarity with SAP systems and experience managing customer orders are also highly beneficial
Overall, the ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of educational and professional experience that makes them well-suited for the demands of this challenging and rewarding role
